Cashew Chicken

  1. Bring to boil chicken, bamboo shoots and 2 cups broth. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup broth.
  2. Add to boiling chicken.
  3. Saute onion until transparent.
  4. Add green pepper, celery and chestnuts. Cook 3 minutes, until crisp.
  5. Add to chicken mixture.
  6. Add soy sauce, mushrooms and ears of corn.
  7. Put in casserole dish.
  8. Top with nuts and noodles.
  9. Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
  10. Serve with rice.
  11. Can use oriental mixed vegetables and also use rice noodles (wonderful casserole).
