Basil Turkey Sliders

  1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, stirring to combine.
  4. Shape the mixture into eighteen 2-inch-size patties.
  5. When the skillet is hot, add the turkey sliders in batches, and cook until done all the way through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  6. Spread desired amount of Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise onto the buns.
  7. Top the bottom halves of the buns with desired amount of shredded lettuce.
  8. Top each with 1 turkey slider.
  9. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and garlic.
  12. Stir in the peppers and season with salt and pepper.
  13. Cover and chill.
