Tender And Juicy Roast Beef Recipe
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) eye round roast
- 1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. cool water
- Rinse and pat meat dry.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Roast in 350 degree oven for 2 hrs.
- Remove and allow to stand 15 min before carving.
- Remove roast from pan.
- Mix cornstarch with water.
- Add in to pan drippings.
- Return to oven for 10 min.
- Makes 10 to 15 servings.
- Carrots, onions, and potatoes may be added to roasting pan last 30 min.
