Golden Harvest Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Line 18 muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease bottoms and sides.
  3. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.
  4. Level off.
  5. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Add apples, carrots, coconut, raisin and walnuts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
  8. Stir just until moistened.
  9. Fill lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
