No Sweat Crockpot Meatball Stew
- 2 pounds Frozen Meatballs
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 pounds Frozen Stew Vegetables
- 15 ounces, weight McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix ( 2 Packs)
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 6 cups Water
- Put meatballs, onion, and stew vegetables in 5-quart crock pot.
- Mix remaining ingredients with water and pour over top.
- Stir well, cover and cook for 8 hours or until veggies are done.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve with toasted garlic bread.
- Recipe may be halved for smaller pots.
