Albacore Tuna Romaine Salad
- 12 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 15 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 12 large black olives, sliced
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce leaves

- 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 4 cups red or green grapes

- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Place tuna, tomatoes, olives and dressing in a bowl; mix lightly.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Serve each over 1 cup lettuce.
- Serve each salad with 6 TRISCUIT crackers spread with 2 Tbsp.
- cream cheese.
- Enjoy 1 cup grapes and 1 cookie per person for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the salad.
