Albacore Tuna Romaine Salad

  1. Place tuna, tomatoes, olives and dressing in a bowl; mix lightly.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions.
  3. Serve each over 1 cup lettuce.
  4. Serve each salad with 6 TRISCUIT crackers spread with 2 Tbsp.
  5. cream cheese.
  6. Enjoy 1 cup grapes and 1 cookie per person for dessert.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the salad.
