Muffin, Peanut Butter/Jelly & Coffee

  1. Split and toast English muffin if desired.
  2. Spread with measured amount of peanut butter and jelly.
  3. Stir 4 teaspoons of your favorite fat free, sugar free coffee into boiling water.
