White Sangria Splash Salad Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. dry White wine
• 2 pkg. (4 serving size ea.) or possibly 1 pkg. (8 serving size) Jell-O Brand lemon flavor sugar free gelatin
• 2 1/2 c. cool Club Soda
• 1 tbsp. lime juice
• 1 tbsp. orange liqueur (optional)
• 1 c. sliced strawberries
• 1 c. seedless red grapes
• 1 c. seedless green grapes

1. Wine adds a spirited touch to this festive salad.
2. If you'd prefer, substitute fruit juice for the wine.
3. This salad is also good when made with orange segments and minced apple.
