Ice-cream Christmas Cake

  1. Beat the cream, condensed milk and vanilla until thick and frothy.
  2. Fold through the dried fruit and biscuit pieces, pour into a plastic wrap lined 1 litre pudding basin.
  3. Freeze until firm.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the up-turned ice-cream cake.
  5. Serve as a part of your Christmas lunch.
