Ice-cream Christmas Cake
- 600ml cream
- 395g can condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
- 150g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
- 100g milk chocolate buttons
- Beat the cream, condensed milk and vanilla until thick and frothy.
- Fold through the dried fruit and biscuit pieces, pour into a plastic wrap lined 1 litre pudding basin.
- Freeze until firm.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave and pour over the up-turned ice-cream cake.
- Serve as a part of your Christmas lunch.
