Hot Artichoke and Red Pepper Dip
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1/2 cup drained chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix Miracle Whip and mustard in medium bowl until blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-L baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
- Bake 6 to 8 min.
