Cheese Puff On Creamed Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Rinse frozen peas under running cold water to separate; drain.
  3. Place peas and chicken in 2-quart casserole or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Heat soup, sour cream, salt and pepper just to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 tablespoon pimiento.
  6. Stir 1 1/2 cups of soup mixture into peas and chicken.
  7. Place in oven while preparing topping.
