Crock Pot Bajio Chicken
- 5 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cups Salsa
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- 1/2 cans Sprite
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Shred chicken and cook for another hour.
- Serve as a filling for tacos, or on top of salad.
- Notes:
- -The ingredients may seem strange, but this stuff really is yummy!
- -You can add extra green chilies if you like it spicy.
