Oven Fried Halibut

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a smal bowl.
  2. Dip fillets in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture, turning to coat completely.
  3. Lightly coat a 15 X 10 In ch jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet) pan with oil:heat pan at 500 for 3 minutes or until pan is very hot.
  4. Carefully arrange fillets on hot pan and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Baked fillets at 500 for 7-8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  6. Serve fillets with lemon wedges.
