Fish Patty Onigiri Sandwich
- 1 Fish patty
- 2 bowls' worth Hot cooked white rice
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Nori seaweed (cut in half)
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Sushi vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Olive oil
- Mix the rice with the sushi vinegar.
- Season the egg with sugar and salt.
- Heat olive oil in the frying pan and make roughly scrambled eggs.
- Wipe off the remaining egg from the frying pan with a paper towel and turn the heat back on.
- Cut the fish patty into four pieces and cook with a bit of olive oil.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- It's delicious if you let it cook for a while so that the outsides get nice and crispy.
- Fill the nori with the sushi rice, then add the eggs and fish patties inside.
- Top with mayonnaise and fold in half.
- Once it's all together, wrap with plastic wrap and it's finished.
