Basil Parmesan Pasta With Lemon Peel
- 340 g orzo pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 g fresh basil, finely chopped
- 40 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons lemons, rind of, grated
- Cook orzo in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes or until it is al dente{cooked but firm to touch}.
- Once cooked, drain it well.
- Remove from heat.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes, covered.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and pepper.
- Serve.
