Macrobiotic Gateaux aux Chocolat
- 30 grams Whole wheat flour
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Cocoa
- 25 grams Corn starch
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 60 ml Water
- 50 ml Oil
- 50 ml Maple syrup
- Mix together the and ingredients separately.
- Once they've been mixed well, add the mixture to the mixture and gently combine.
- Grease a cake tin with a thin layer of oil and pour in the mixture from Step 1.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Once the 25 minutes is up, turn off the oven and leave the cake sit in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Then remove the cake from the oven.
