Mushroom-Cheese Appetizers

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.
  4. Press dough in bottom of pan.
  5. Brown sausage and drain.
  6. Mix sausage, mayo and onions.
  7. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  8. Chop stems of mushrooms and mix into sausage mixture.
  9. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place mushrooms in rows on dough.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  11. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  12. Remove foil.
  13. After removing foil, bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  14. Let stand 15 minutes and cut into 35 bite-sized pieces.
