Chicken Tikka (Scd)
- 3 14 cups cubed chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon ginger, pulp
- 1 teaspoon garlic, pulp
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped fresh
- 23 cup scd yogurt
- Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for 2 (or more) hours.
- Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil).
- Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally.
- Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad and onion.
