Blue Cheese Stuffed Wings Recipe

  1. Marinate the wings in 1 c. of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Make a small incision about 1/4-inch wide across one end of the wings.
  3. Push into the incision to create a pocket.
  4. Place 1/4 oz of the blue cheese into each wing.
  5. Set wings in the freezer for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Toss wings in seasoned flour mix.
  7. Deep fry for 3 to 4 min or possibly till cooked through.
  8. Remove and drain well.
  9. Toss with the Tabasco Spiced Butter till well coated and serve warm.
  10. To make the Tabasco spiced Butter, soften/heat butter in microwave for approximately 2 to 3 min on high.
  11. Don't boil butter.
  12. Whisk in 1 oz of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
  13. Hold at room temperature till needed.
  14. This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
  15. Yield: 1 dozen
