Amerettini And Fresh Fruit Desert Recipe

• 2 x 155 ml Chantilly Cream
• 500 gm Summer fruit compote
• 250 gm Raspberries
• 150 gm Amarettini biscuits
• 1 sprg mint

1. 1 Wash the fresh raspberries and put to one side.
2. 2 Take 4 individual glasses and layer the cream and summer fruit compote mix with the fresh raspberries and Amarettini biscuits.
3. 3 Decorate with a sprig of mint.
