Updated Spaghetti & Meatballs

  1. Add enough water to fill large skillet about 3/4 full.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Meanwhile, mix meat, egg white, 1/2 cup each onions and basil, cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp.
  4. cheese until well blended; shape into 42 (3/4-inch) balls.
  5. Place half the meatballs in boiling water; cook 7 min.
  6. or until meatballs are done.
  7. Remove meatballs with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  8. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
  9. Discard cooking water.
  10. Heat dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
  11. Add remaining onions; cook 3 min.
  12. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  13. Add meatballs, tomatoes and remaining basil; stir to evenly coat meatballs.
  14. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  15. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  16. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  17. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl.
  18. Add meatballs and sauce; toss to coat.
  19. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
