KRAFT Layered Mexican Dip
- 1 can (19oz/540mL) black beans or kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- tortilla chips
- PUREE beans, 1/3 cup (75 mL) salsa and cumin in food processor until smooth.
- Spread on bottom of 10 inch (25 cm) pie plate.
- PUREE avocados, Miracle Whip, garlic and juice until smooth; spread over bean layer; top with remaining salsa.
- SPRINKLE cheese in a circle over middle of salsa.
- Sprinkle onions and olives in centre of dish.
- Chill until serving time.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
