Ham & Potato Nuggets

  1. Microwave Singles and sour cream in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec.
  2. or until Singles are melted and sauce is blended, stirring after 20 sec.
  3. Peel potatoes, then mash in medium bowl.
  4. Add egg, ham and cheese sauce; mix until blended.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. Shape into 12 nuggets; roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  7. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  8. Add potato nuggets, in batches; cook 5 min.
  9. or until golden brown, turning as needed.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve warm with ketchup.
