Ham & Potato Nuggets
- 4 KRAFT Singles, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-3/4 lb. baking potatoes (about 2 large), cooked Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 egg
- 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham, finely chopped
- 25 saltine crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- Microwave Singles and sour cream in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec.
- or until Singles are melted and sauce is blended, stirring after 20 sec.
- Peel potatoes, then mash in medium bowl.
- Add egg, ham and cheese sauce; mix until blended.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Shape into 12 nuggets; roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add potato nuggets, in batches; cook 5 min.
- or until golden brown, turning as needed.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ketchup.
