Spaghetti With Meat Sauce

  1. Place meats in frying pan, cook slowly, turning until brown. Remove from frying pan; drain well.
  2. Place scallions, onions, peppers and celery in frying pan with small amount of oil.
  3. Simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.
