Spaghetti With Meat Sauce
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 5 scallions, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 red pepper, chopped fine
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) thin spaghetti
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 large can crabmeat or shrimp
- oil for frypan
- Place meats in frying pan, cook slowly, turning until brown. Remove from frying pan; drain well.
- Place scallions, onions, peppers and celery in frying pan with small amount of oil.
- Simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.
