Mocha Pudding Parfaits

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mix and instant coffee granules.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into six parfait glasses or dessert dishes; sprinkle with the chopped wafers.
  6. Cover with half of the remaining whipped topping; top with layers of the remaining pudding mixture and the remaining whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
