Sake Steamed Manila Clams

  1. Thoroughly wash the clams to remove any impurities and to remove the salt.
  2. Drain in a colander.
  3. Put the sake and the clams in a frying pan.
  4. Cover with a lid and steam on high heat.
  5. Add a little bit of soy sauce and some pepper for flavor, and then it's done.
  6. To finish, garnish with green onion for color.
