Easy White Sauce in the Microwave
- 15 grams Cake flour
- 7 grams Butter
- 1 grams Consomme soup stock granules
- 103 grams Milk
- 3 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 grams Miso or Shio-koji
- 1 Mixed pepper
- Put the cake flour and butter in a large heat proof bowl.
- Microwave at 600 W for 10 seconds without covering.
- Add a half of the milk and mix well.
- Microwave again at 600 W for 1 minute without covering.
- Stir well.
- Add the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- Microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and mix well during heating and at the end.
- Repeat this step 3 times.
