Easy Apple Dumplings

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Blend sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll apple pieces in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each to a 4 1/2-inch circle.
  5. Place sugared apple pieces, rounded-side down, on center of each biscuit.
  6. Stretch dough around apple completely covering fruit. Dip each filled biscuit in melted margarine, then in remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Place seam-side down in ungreased 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish or 9-inch square pan.
  8. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar over biscuits.
  9. Add water to baking pan.
