Squash Medley

  1. In a pot, add water along with squashes, sweet potatoes and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook till everything gets tender.
  3. Once done, smash or run through a food processor.
  4. Serve.
  5. Notes: I used frozen squash in this recipe.
  6. You can use fresh squash, too.
  7. For babies who are ready to have dairy, you can add a bit of unsalted butter.
  8. This recipe can be prepared by steaming, baking or broiling squash and sweet potatoes.
