Squash Medley
- 1/2 cups Water
- 5 cubes Butternut Squash (small Cubes)
- 5 cubes Acorn Squash (small Cubes)
- 5 cubes Yellow Squash (small Cubes)
- 4 cubes Sweet Potato (small Cubes)
- 1 dash Italian Seasoning
- In a pot, add water along with squashes, sweet potatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Cook till everything gets tender.
- Once done, smash or run through a food processor.
- Serve.
- Notes: I used frozen squash in this recipe.
- You can use fresh squash, too.
- For babies who are ready to have dairy, you can add a bit of unsalted butter.
- This recipe can be prepared by steaming, baking or broiling squash and sweet potatoes.
