Hot dog Casserole
- 6 hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup egg noodles, cooked
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Start water to make egg noodles while cutting up hot dogs and onions.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Brown in skillet: hot dogs, onion, oregano, and butter.
- Stir frequently to keep from burning.
- (When hot dogs appear cooked, its generally done) Add noodles to water when water comes to a boil.
- Drain noodles and combine in a greased casserole dish with: all ingredients in skillet, cream of celery soup, milk, and parsley.
- Mix together well.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs across the top to keep mixture from burning.
- Cook covered for 40-45 minutes at 350F.
