Betty Crocker's Light Lemon-Dijon Chicken Salad

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and garlic in screw-top jar and shake well.
  2. Chill until ready to use.
  3. For salad, arrange lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, and egg on 4 individual plates.
  4. Drizzle dressing on top.
  5. Sprinkle with onions and cheese, and serve.
