Beet Root salad
- 6 small raw beet root heads with skin
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tbsp corn or olive oil
- 1 small lemon
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper or chili or both
- 2 tsp cummin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 liter water for boiling
- boil beet root with skin for 20 minutes or until it's easy to poke with a knife but not too soft.
- wash with tap water to make the beet root cool down and peel them.
- use a glove or something cuz there will be a lot of purple colour coming out
- cut beets into small cubes and season with rest of ingredients, refrigerate before serving if you want
