Beet Root salad

  1. boil beet root with skin for 20 minutes or until it's easy to poke with a knife but not too soft.
  2. wash with tap water to make the beet root cool down and peel them.
  3. use a glove or something cuz there will be a lot of purple colour coming out
  4. cut beets into small cubes and season with rest of ingredients, refrigerate before serving if you want

beet root, ginger, corn, lemon, salt, pepper, cummin, vinegar, water
