Pork and Pepper Fajitas

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add pork and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add salsa; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Place tortillas on microwavable plate.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warmed.
  7. Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Roll up.
