For Breakfast or Dinner Microwaved Milk Soup for One
- 1 mug's worth Milk
- 1 just over 1/2 teaspoon Weipa
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Put the Wei-pa in the mug, then add the milk until the mug is 1/3 full.
- Microwave for 20 seconds and then mix.
- Add more milk until the cup is 80% full, then microwave again.
- You can use the milk setting or set it manually to 2 minutes.
- When it has warmed, mix it and add the toppings.
- It's nice with sesame seeds and black pepper.
- It's even better with green onions.
- I tried making it with soy milk.
- It was rich, creamy and delicious.
- It was bitter-tasting when I added too many green onions.
- I should have soaked them in water first.
