Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

• 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frzn hash browns
• 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 6 green onions & tops, minced
• 8 ounce. box Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 3 sticks melted butter
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix all together.
2. Place in buttered casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Freezes well.
