Pumpkin No Bake Cookies

  1. Melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add milk, pumpkin and sugar, and stir to combine.
  3. Increase temperature to medium-high and heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and add nuts and oats.
  5. Stir until oats are completely coated.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or into a greased mini-muffin pan.
  7. Refrigerate about one hour before serving.
  8. Store in fridge.
