Noodle Salad on Mixed Greens with CATALINA Dressing

  1. Mix dressing, soy sauce and gingerroot until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Toss 3 cups of the greens with 1/4 cup of the carrots; place in carry-out salad container.
  4. Top with 1 chicken breast, cut into strips; 3/4 cup linguine (in 2 clusters) and 1/4 cup pea pods.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  6. cilantro, 1 Tbsp.
  7. green onion and 2 tsp.
  8. peanuts.
  9. Pour 3 Tbsp.
  10. of the dressing mixture in portion cup; seal top.
  11. Place in salad container; close container lid.
  12. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
