Yummy Easy Pasta Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a large casserole dish (I use 3 qt.
  2. ).
  3. Brown the beef in a skillet, crumbling up into small pieces.
  4. Once that is started, prepare the pasta and soup according to package directions.
  5. Drain the beef.
  6. Put all seasonings into the soup and stir so that they mix in nicely.
  7. Pour the pasta, beef, and seasoned soup into the casserole dish.
  8. Add half of the shredded cheese and mix.
  9. Bake in the oven, covered, for about 20 minutes.
  10. Take out of the oven, stir to redistribute the soup, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top, for a nice cheesy coating.
  11. Put back in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted nicely, but not overdone.
