• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1 egg
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 13 cup sugar
• 1 12 teaspoons orange peel
• 14 teaspoon ground mace
• 3 12 cups bread flour
• 1 12 teaspoons active dry yeast

1. Add ingredients into bread pan according to recommendations of

3. Set to sweet, white; no timer, light crust.
