Sassy Little Oyster Crackers

• 2 packages (10 Oz Package) Oyster Crackers
• 1 cup Light Olive Oil
• 1 package (1 Oz. Package) Ranch Dressing Mix
• 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

1. Pour crackers into an extra large mixing bowl.
2. Drizzle olive oil over crackers.
3. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and red pepper flakes over crackers and gently stir to mix well.
4. Let crackers set for about 30 minutes.
5. Every 30 minutes, give mixture a gentle stir.
6. Continue this process until oil is well-absorbed.
7. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve with soup or chili.
