Sour Cream Nut Pie, Lightened

  1. Beat the eggs whites with the sour cream.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the nuts, and mix well.
  3. Spray pie pan with pam to help hold the ground nuts in place.
  4. gently pour filling into the pan over the nuts.
  5. Bake 5 minutes in a preheated 450 degrees oven.
  6. Lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes more, until firm.
