Sour Cream Nut Pie, Lightened
- 12 cup egg white
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 12 teaspoon lemon extract
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup nuts (ground)
- Beat the eggs whites with the sour cream.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the nuts, and mix well.
- Spray pie pan with pam to help hold the ground nuts in place.
- gently pour filling into the pan over the nuts.
- Bake 5 minutes in a preheated 450 degrees oven.
- Lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes more, until firm.
