Oven-Roasted BBQ Spareribs

• 10 each pork spareribs, cut into 12-oz. portions Safeway 1 lb For $2.88 thru 02/09
• 1 qt. OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce

1. Place ribs, meat sides down, on full sheet pan.
2. (Or, use one half size sheet pan for trial recipe.)
3. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes.
4. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce; turn over.
5. Bake an additional 40 minutes or until cooked through (170F).
