Easy Meatball Soup

  1. Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add celery, carrots and onions; stir.
  3. Cook 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add meatballs, potatoes, water and broth; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 45 min.
  7. or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Stir in peas and cheese; cook 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  10. Sprinkle with basil.
