Stir Fried Onion and Fish Sausage With Ketchup
- 200 grams Onion
- 150 grams Fish sausage
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Prep work: Cut the onion into wedges.
- Slice the fish sausage diagonally into 5 mm thick slices.
- Mix the A ingredients together.
- Put the margarine and minced garlic into a frying pan, and stir fry over medium heat until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the onion, and stir fry until it's wilted.
- It will become sweet if you stir fry it to that stage.
- Add the fish sausage, stir fry for 1 minute and then add the combined A ingredients.
- Stir fry for another minute and it's done.
- This is also delicious in a hot dog bun with cheese melted on top.
