Dreamsicle Cookies.. white chocolate orange

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and both sugars.
  3. Beat in both extracts, egg, sour cream and both food colorings.
  4. ( food coloring is optional, it just gives it the orange look)
  5. Stir in flour, cornstarch and baking soda until well combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by the heaping tbl.
  8. Onto a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are golden.
  10. Let stand a few minutes then transfer to wire rack for cooling.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
  12. Makes about 2 dozen large cookies.
  13. To make an alchoholic version, sub all the extracts for orange vodka.
