Mocha Punch
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) jarof folgers instant coffee crystals (I recommend using decaf for those who can't tolerate caffeine)
- 12 gallon chocolate ice cream
- 12 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 12 gallon milk
- 2 (2 liter) bottleschilled ginger ale
- chocolate syrup
- Boil 4 cups sugar, 2 cups water & coffee crystals till syrupy (about 6 minutes).
- THEN COOL.
- Pour into jar and chill.
- In punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream.
- Break into chunks.
- Add milk, 1 cup coffee syrup, blend a little.
- Add gingerale.
- Add more coffee syrup to make it a stronger taste if desiered.
- Swirl chocolate syrup through punch.
