Mocha Punch

  1. Boil 4 cups sugar, 2 cups water & coffee crystals till syrupy (about 6 minutes).
  2. THEN COOL.
  3. Pour into jar and chill.
  4. In punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream.
  5. Break into chunks.
  6. Add milk, 1 cup coffee syrup, blend a little.
  7. Add gingerale.
  8. Add more coffee syrup to make it a stronger taste if desiered.
  9. Swirl chocolate syrup through punch.
