Spicy white chicken chilli crockpot
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 Chicken breast shredded
- 8 oz frozen corn
- 1 can pinto beans drained
- 16 oz soaked dry white bean
- 1 can black beans drained
- 24 oz softened cream cheese
- 8 oz white wine reduction
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp chilli powder
- 8 dry arbol peppers
- 4 dry chipotle peppers
- 4 tbsp dry jalapeno seasoning
- 4 oz flour slurry
- Start by cooking ground chicken in a frying pan add chilli powder and jalapeno powder.
- Once cooked add white wine reduce a bit, add slurry cook low heat.
- Start boiling chicken breast once breast cooked shred with forks.
- Add all other ingredients to crockpot, then add all cooked chicken and ground chicken set crock pot low for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours enjoy the warmth of comfort food.
