Easy with a Microwave!Custard Cream

• 1 Egg yolk
• 100 ml Milk
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp White flour
• 1 few drops Vanilla essence

1. Put all of the ingredients in a large microwave-proof bowl and whisk well.
2. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Remove the bowl from the microwave and whisk well.
4. Microwave for another minute, take it out, and whisk it until it cools down.
