Spicy Grilled Salmon

  1. Place salmon in centers of 4 foil sheets.
  2. Brush each with 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce; sprinkle each with 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower with oil and salt.
  4. Arrange around each fillet.
  5. Seal packets; cook 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
  6. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
