Rainbow Crispy Treats
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, divided
- 3 Tbsp. each (1/2 of 3-oz. pkg.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin, Orange Gelatin and Berry Blue Gelatin
- 9 cups crisp rice cereal, divided
- Microwave 2 Tbsp.
- butter and 2-1/2 cups marshmallows in medium microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray on HIGH 2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Stir in dry raspberry gelatin mix.
- Add 3 cups cereal; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to make orange layer, then blue layer, pressing layers together gently to secure.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until firm before cutting into squares.
